Thoughts modify our feelings.  

Denying undesired feelings in our subconscious, does not release us from their impact on our behaviors. 

When feeling good, it is unlikely we want to discuss with people angered by a minor event. Their anger might seem unfounded. Your good mood may irritate them even more.

As part of the universe, we attract situations that vibrate on the same wavelength. We vibrate the way we feel consciously and unconsciously.
