Interpersonal conflicts

Others sometimes irritate us. Our attention is focused on trying to change them in vain. 

Occasionally our old strategies run out: getting angry, manipulating, laughing at it…our nervousness hits a dead end. A whirlwind of unfruitful thoughts and doubts invade us. 

How can we stop interpreting wrongly? How can we be ourselves in relationships? How can I be free to avoid taking out my frustrations on others?
